Writer-in-residence: Luka Holmegaard

The purpose of the Writers-in-Residence programme is to support the author's literary talent development and mutual inspiration and cooperation with the department's researchers and students.

“I’m so happy to be able to begin this collaboration with the Department for the Study of Culture while also having the time to write; it is just fantastic. Research is a big part of my work as a writer, so it is a huge win for me to have access to the university’s libraries and networks, and to have discussions with researchers. Right now, for example, I’m very interested in Romanticism, and I’m looking forward to talking with people who are experts in this period. I hope to find a lot of inspiration both for reading and for my own texts at the department.” - Luka Holmegaard
